The amount of people suffering from diabetes is already expected to increase at an exponential rate due to factors such as aging, inactivity, bad dieting, smoking, alcohol, and many other things. But when the case of obesity is taken into consideration, something that is a major issue around the world, it is expected that diabetes may become an even bigger issue.

The International Diabetes Foundation estimates there are currently 246 million diabetes cases worldwide and projects it will hit 380 million by 2025. But as mentioned above, with obesity as it is right now this figure is could actually be conservative. That is why it is now more important than ever to get healthy and to lose weight really fast. The current level of obesity around the world shows no signs of leveling out and this is something that needs to change fast if we want to create a healthier society.
