Hi there! My name is John Blaisdale and I am the name behind the face (or is it the other way around?). Anyhow, I am the owner of HowToLoseWeightReallyFast.com. Basically, anything that you find on this website in terms of content has been produced by me unless otherwise stated. I don’t mean to sound all formal or anything, it is just that pretty much all of the content on this website is done by me. I just wanted to add that little “unless otherwise stated” part so that if for some reason you find content on this site that was created by someone else you’ll be prepared to handle it. Alright, enough rambling.

The purpose of this website is to pass on my knowledge in the areas of health and weight loss onto you. What qualifies me to create a website about primarily weight loss? Nothing really, if you are talking in terms of a degree from some prestigious college for some incredibly hard topic. You see, I’m really just a normal guy…who happens to be extremely fascinated with anything to do with health and more specifically weight loss. While I don’t have a degree from Harvard I do have plenty of experience.  And in addition to years of experience I also am constantly doing research in the areas of health and weight loss. I love learning more and more…and then some more about health and weight loss because these topics genuinely interest me.

So, now that you know a little about the man behind the website let’s talk about the actual website. Here at HowToLoseWeightReallyFast.com you will all kinds of content related to weight loss and health. Yes, if you do look through all that this website has to offer you can lose weight really fast given that you actually put forth the necessary effort. However, this website is much more than that. This website is meant to be a resource that you can use for all of your weight loss needs. Whether it be finding out the age old mystery of how to lose weight or what types of foods are best for feeling energized you will most likely find it here.

With that said, keep in mind that this website is constantly evolving. And for this reason, you need to understand that you may not find absolutely everything that has to do with weight loss here…yet. I am always adding new content to this weight loss website and I am always gaining new knowledge. So sit back, relax, and start reading all of the free content available on this website.
