In order for you to effectively lose weight by eating healthier foods you need to make sure that you are eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day. This is the basis for weight loss though your eating habits. You see, contrary to popular belief starving yourself and eliminating meals out of the day is not the way to go when it comes to losing weight. Yes, you will see some weight loss in the very beginning but after that your progress will start to plateau. Not to mention that starving yourself is absolutely terrible for your body. The reason why eating during all meals of the day works to your weight loss advantage is because it keeps your metabolism going.
