It is very much possible to burn off excess fat quickly. It’s also very much possible to lose fat faster than you could ever imagine. But you know what? There is a trade off when it comes to cheating the game of weight loss. There is tons of money being spent every single day on weight loss solutions and there is absolutely nothing wrong with seeking out a solution that could potentially get you back on track in terms of your health. But at the same time you need to keep your expectations in check or else you may find yourself harming your health.

What I’m getting at here is that you need to be careful what you wish for as there really are “magic weight loss pills” that do exist. That is, prescription weight loss pills. I’m not talking about weight loss and health supplements that you can readily find online which can help you with a structured plan to lose weight and get healthy, I’m talking about what is essentially legal crack.

You are much better off starting an exercise regime and cutting back on the non essentials that you may or may not be eating on the day to day (and maybe using some kind of supplement through the process) than going to your doctor and fibbing your way to a legal speed prescription. Perhaps you aren’t someone who is looking to lose 15 pounds within an insanely tiny period of time, but the message here is that these kinds of expectations are not healthy for anyone. We aren’t here to make any accusations and we don’t mean to be over dramatic, it’s just that we want those looking to lose some weight, no matter how desperate, to make healthy decisions.
